Tasting Notes:
Aromas of fresh pastry, toasty cashew and peach stone fruits. The palate is generous and juicy with white peach and a gently refreshing limey acid line.

Picked on 19th February 2024
Fruit is crushed and pressed to French oak for primary fermentation. Partial malolactic conversion on lees for 9 months before bottling.
Viticultural Notes:
Fruit is sourced from two vineyards in Gruyere, the clones P58 and I10V5 feature in this Yarra Valley blend.
