Tasting Notes: The wine opens with some smokey reduction that gives way revealing complex aromas forestry/dried herb that combine with a blue and red berry fruit spectrum. The palate continues a similar theme of Pinot complexities with berry compote. The fine tannin in this wine offers an impressive structure that proudly showcases the Toolangi site.
